At an interview always present yourself in the most professional manner; by this we mean attire, poise and good communication skills. Make sure you are familiar with the job specifications and requirements and be prepared to demonstrate your relevant skills.
Most interviews are competency based and a call centre interview is no exception. This means that candidates are asked a number of questions to test their practical knowledge and demonstrate their ability to cope with different situations.
So you need to be competent enough to answer questions relating to the situation. For instance, if asked how would you deal with a customer's complaint, make sure that your answer states what exactly needs to be done to help a customer deal with a particularly troublesome situation. Ideally for a call centre interview you will need to brush up on areas relating to teamwork, handling customers and working under pressure.
