I am doing B. Sc Physics from University of Delhi. I want to do M. Sc electronics in North India. Please tell me which universities offer it.

• Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi: The eligibility criteria are bachelor’s degree with electronics/ instrumentation or applied science in instrumentation or bachelor’s degree with physics and mathematics as optional subjects and minimum 50 per cent marks. • Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Avadh University, Uttar Pradesh: The eligibility criterion is B.Sc with Physics or Electronics. The admission is based on entrance test/ merit. For details, visit www.rmlau.ac.in

• Kurukshetra University, Haryana: The eligibility criterion is diploma in electronics with at least 55 per cent marks or B.Sc with any three of the following subjects with minimum 55 percent marks: Electronics, Electronic equipment maintenance, Physics, Mathematics, Computer science and Chemistry. I did graduation from Kurukshetra University. I want to do M. Com or MA Finance form IGNOU. What is the procedure to get admission?

Indira Gandhi Open University offers M.Com. The eligibility criterion is graduation or an equivalent degree from a recognised university. The notification will be issued in the national dailies.

The application form can be downloaded from the website.

Fill the application form duly and submit it along with student card, acknowledgment card, and other required documents like certificates to support educational qualifications, and demand draft or challan form at the regional centre in person or by post before the last date.

The details about fee and other documents to be submitted are mentioned in the prospectus.

The fee must be sent in the form of demand draft in favour of IGNOU payable at the city where your regional centre is located or can be remitted in cash at branches of IDBI or Indian Bank.
