I want to do ME/M.Tech in environmental engineering. Please tell me about the colleges offering the course, their admission criteria and the career prospects of the course.

Sri Jayachamarajendra College of Engineering, Mysore offers M.Tech in environmental engineering. The eligibility criterion is bachelor’s degree in environmental/civil/ chemical/polymer science/ mechanical or mining engineering with three years experience in an environmental department/organisation. The admission is based on performance at entrance test, marks in qualifying examination and interview. SRM University, Tamil Nadu offers M.Tech in environmental engineering. Environmental engineering deals with ways to protect the environment from the negative effects of human activity.
