Experience    : 3-5 yrs of software dev. exp. Programming skills:Scripting
                languages,Perl,Unix Shell Scripts,HTML/PHP,MySql. Training
                in internal quality auditing,formal process models such as
                the SW-CMM,P-CMM,ISO-9001, etc. are highly desirable
