Position      : Senior Manager-Customer Care
Location      : Andhra Pradesh/Tamil Nadu/Karnataka/Delhi/Gujarat
Qualification : Engineer-MBA. Responsible for all front-end and back-office
                customer care operations, you will chamion customer issues
                relating to products and services offered, and all
                activities related to customer satisfaction
Experience    : 10-12 years experience in the service industry, atleast 5 of
                them in Telecom/IT services. Ability to motivate a team and
                good commu./interpersonal skills are a must.Knowledge of
                CRM/billing and other customer care systems is desirable
