Qualification : First class Post Graduate in HR from a reputed institute
                As functional head, job responsibilities  include manpower
                planning, recruitment, training, perfomance management for
                employee motivation and managing statutary requirements
Experience    : Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with a proven track
                record in core HR areas, preferably in financial services
                sector. Exposure to a computerise environment is essential
Age           : 30 years of age
