Qualification : A degree in Science/Dr. or Pet. Engg./equivalent technical
                qualificaiton is preferable/Proper certification through
                recognised Boards
                Fully familiar  safety and quality management
Experience    : Minimum 5 years full time safety experience in petroleum
                industry
