Qualification : Graduate in Civil Engineering/Prepare and implement works
                program,co-ordinate various activities at project site and
                ensure optimal use of materials and machine
Experience    : 15 years experience with a large civil construction company/
                Thorough knowledge of latest construction methods and
                technology is essential
