Contracts Manager: Mumbai

Position      : Contracts Manager
Location      : Mumbai
Qualification : Graduate in Civil/Mechanical Engineering/Manage the contract
                set up at project sites and advise the project team on
                contractual matters
Experience    : 10-12 years experience/Exposure in dealing with customer
                billing claims contract negotiations and dispute resolution
                procedures/Good communication and analytical skills/Exposure
                to FIDIC form, ICE Form, Indian Contract Act etc.
