Touch wood!

ENDORSING WOOD! Udita Goswami at the launch

Udita Goswami, the vivacious actress and brand ambassador of Donear unveiled the new product line enhanced with the wood called Keruing, this past week. The launch marked a step ahead by the Donear Group in the field of plywood and other related products. "I feel Donear represents the blend of modernity and strength. It feels great to be a part of this group," said Udita. In most cases, modelling takes a back seat for the model-turned-actors. But Udita seems to take out some time to pose for a picture or two as the brand ambassador of the Donear group. Udita, looking cool in a summery outfit unveiled the designer ply line and quickly found her way back, after the shutterbugs refused to stop. Simone Singh hosted a show that accompanied the launch. The show was marked by dance performances that included salsa and tap dances. The dance sequences were well managed by the performers in spite of the regular hiccups with the male dancers succumbing to the unintended wardrobe malfunction. The stand up comedy by Jitesh Chawala tickled the funny bones of the guests. Audience was enthralled by the soothing piano performance by Gurbani Bhatia.

Jitendra Kejriwal, head of the Donear group said that with the launch of Keruing, Donear has maintained the trend of innovation and the time-tested quality. The new wood imported from Malaysia, he assured, would add to the durability of the products under their brand.
